This is a fabulous sail. Mostly sheltered waters, usually gets a bit lumpy off Commodore Heights ie heading into Broken Bay, but well worth the discomfort. And of course the wind is a little bit temperamental once you get beyond Cottage Point. A great sail or motor, a little too far to swim.
