Just one personal example after some filling this , went for a brisk for exercise, with a crazy (I was one of the crazy). It was getting dark but the brisk pace was maintained. Loads of people and cars coming home. It did us good. It improved our precious . Now I spread the good news. We are good. :blobheart: :ablobcatwave: We do our best!

Catching the train home on Friday afternoon. It's been a day of sunshine and showers but quite a good day for a walk.
Across Hamble Common and along the shore to the country park on Friday afternoon. A long break there with a cup of tea before catching the train home.
The sun's come out for me at Hamble Quay on Friday. It stayed sunny while I sat by the river for half an hour. Very pleasant.

Walked down to the river today to relax.
Wednesday's walk part two, from Hamble Quay to Hamble Point and along the shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park. The stream across the beach near Netley Sailing Club has cut a much deeper channel than usual following overnight rain.
A coffee break at Hamble Quay on Wednesday and the sun's coming out after a light shower. Nice to be able to relax here. Traffic chaos this morning where I live because of flooding.
Wednesday's walk to Hamble. The stream along Shoreburs Greenway near Miller's Pond, swollen by last night's torrential rain. Miller's Pond and its surroundings, dark and damp, devoid of waterfowl.
