Find a new walk, paddle or run. I wander'd lonely as a cloud

When all at once I saw a crowd
A host of grey and white mushrooms
Grnes Band sehr herbstlich bei Fisselregen, damit man auch ja nicht auf die Idee kommt, trocken bleiben zu knnen
Laisser la fatigue s'vaporer...
Walked down to the river today to relax.
Wednesday's walk part two, from Hamble Quay to Hamble Point and along the shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park. The stream across the beach near Netley Sailing Club has cut a much deeper channel than usual following overnight rain.
A coffee break at Hamble Quay on Wednesday and the sun's coming out after a light shower. Nice to be able to relax here. Traffic chaos this morning where I live because of flooding.
Wednesday's walk to Hamble. The stream along Shoreburs Greenway near Miller's Pond, swollen by last night's torrential rain. Miller's Pond and its surroundings, dark and damp, devoid of waterfowl.

Sunnier looking back.
Beach walk today. The strap of my canvas bag thrummed with the force of the wind as i walked along.
I've long wondered if my 2-mile morning walk on the bike path was actually that long. This morning, I measured it via my AllTrails app & was shocked. It was 2.2 miles& I walked it in 31 minutes. Not bad for 64.
*This picture is from earlier in October a few years ago. More of our leaves have fallen now & snow is predicted for tonight.
A poppy flower! On Oct 24th!! More from my autumn walk:

Tree shadows on the pathway.
On my walk, saw an older guy in a bright yellow t-shirt walking towards me who seemed at first to be talking on the phone - a pretty common thing these days.
As he came closer, realised he was happily singing to himself as he walked along. No idea what the tune was. Loved that he was doing that. An absolute delight!
Park walking this morning. Love the old-fashioned rotunda. Used to play there as a kid.
Double rainbow!
The wind direction on Monday meant it was sheltered along Hamble Shore. Good for walking. More often the not the wind here is in my face and from the north.
Spot the odd one out on Hamble Shore on Monday afternoon. The winter visitors are beginning to arrive. The crows are here all year.
Across Hamble Common to Hamble Point on Monday afternoon. The cattle will soon be leaving us for the winter. It looks like they're ready to go.
A cold wind coming across the river at Hamble Quay on Monday. Sat for a while with a coffee but moved on as soon as it was finished.
Some brightness over Itchen Bridge on Monday morning. Walking to Hamble and the country park. Occasional glimpses of the sun through the clouds but generally a cloudy day with a chilly breeze, particularly by the river Hamble.
Last of the purple heather today on my walk: Erica tetralix or cross-leaved heath. More:

I took a walk around Hiragishi and Nishioka in Toyohira Ward.
with a on a . 30k , 12k , the latter with 5413f / 1650m climb, and the same descend. All in the dark.
Guess could do an easier route to get some kilometers done with walking.
mit Aufstieg auf 'nen . 30k , 12k , mit 1650m Aufstieg und ebenso vielen meters Abstieg.
Knnte wohl eine einfachere Strecke whlen, um einige Kilometer in die Beine zu kriegen.

Stopped on the bridge overlooking the little creek in the park for a few moments of calm contemplation.
Quick park walk this morning before heading out to bring mum's hairdresser out to our place (she can't drive for health reasons at the moment). Already getting warm so sticking to the shadier sections.
Our walks are getting dark.
The earliest we go is 7PM. We only push later during the Spring and early Summer to adjust for the sunset time. So itll only get darker for us, until 7PM is just night time.
Some from my husband's Sunday afternoon in the wooded valley near our home in eastern , .
Relaxing in the sun with a cup of tea at the Royal Victoria Country Park after Sunday's walk to Warsash and Hamble.
Breezy along Hamble Shore / Southampton Water on Sunday afternoon but nice in the sunshine. It looks like Southampton is getting wet but once again the rain passed by without reaching me.
Hamble Common and the marina at Hamble Point. A cloudy spell on Sunday afternoon but it and the associated rain soon moved away.
Hamble Quay on Sunday afternoon. Some big clouds around but still dry. Warm in the sunshine.
