Hamble Shore on Friday's walk. On my way to the country park where I can spend some time sitting under the trees.

A nice breeze along Hamble Shore as I sit by the water in the Royal Victoria Country Park. A very warm day, lots to drink and plenty of breaks.

Wakayama Shirahama( Shirahama beach at night )

Beautiful holiday coastal walk today. Along the coast and beach to Criccieth, North Wales.

A walk around Kootwijk on the Veluwe. Hot day, 20 km, 1.5 L of water was not enough. I had to cut a large corner differently at the end to avoid the scorching sand plain and instead get some tree cover. Photos won't upload on mastodon.social right now :( so here's the link. All photos:

One hour a day of intense exercise, is really good for my mental health.

J'ai commenc la journe avec 6 km de marche, la frontale, puis j'ai enchan avec un petit caf
J'ai attaqu la journe de travail mais un second caf s'impose. Avec moi

Do NOT sneeze when brushing your teeth, its damn messy! This has to be a design flaw that allows this to happen. Oh well, at least thats the bathroom cleaned this morning!

I'm going for a short while its early, less people around and the Haar is in so its nice and cool just now.
