Great North Walk from Cowan Station South

A walk added by Sony Walkman it's about 2km from Berowra, New South Wales, Australia. Distance: 7.28 km ( 4.52 miles)  Duration: 3h 7m 20s  Ave Speed: 2.33 kph ( 1.45 mph) Min Elevation: 58 m ( 192 ft)  Max Elevation: 267 m ( 877 ft)  Recorded: 19 Jun 2014

I can`t recommend this section of the walk. It is very hilly, the views are not great, although there are some leafy outlooks, but basically it is quite a hard slog. If you find a pair of sunglasses please let me know.Add your own opinion!
